To register and participate in KGXMeta events, you must satisfy the following conditions:

• You must be at least 13 years old to use KGXMeta.
• By using our services, you confirm that the information and identity attributes you provide are accurate and truthful.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where skill-based gaming platforms are permitted by local regulations.

Your profile access credentials represent a private key to your wallet and teams:

• You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials and passwords confidential.
• You are responsible for any activity, transactions, or event participation originating from your account.
• Do not share your login details with anyone. Transfer or sale of profiles is strictly prohibited.

KGXMeta provides comprehensive competitive features including:

• Online tournaments and daily scrim match organization.
• Dynamic team creation, player roles, and participation systems.
• Virtual currencies (coins and entry tickets) tracking systems.
• Player profile stats, leaderboards, and historical match rankings.

Users may be required to pay fees to access specific elements of the platform:

• Tournament entry fees and scrim registration cards.
• Virtual coins/tickets purchase packages.
• Premium features, badges, or special items.

All payments are processed securely through certified, secure third-party payment gateways. KGXMeta does not store or process card numbers on our server nodes directly.

KGXMeta is a pure skill-based gaming and competitive matching platform.

Winning depends entirely on the player's performance, execution, game strategy, and physical or mental skills. We do NOT host, support, or facilitate gambling, luck-based betting, or chance-based wagering on our app.

To preserve a healthy competitive landscape, you agree NOT to:

• Use hacks, cheats, memory injectors, modded APKs, or any unfair third-party tools during matches.
• Abuse, threaten, harass, or insult other users, moderators, or teams inside the match streams or chat rooms.
• Attempt to bypass security systems, manipulate score screenshots, or submit fake match evidence.
• Violate any local, national, or international laws while accessing our services.

Coins and entry tickets are intended exclusively for use inside the KGXMeta ecosystem:

• They are virtual tokens and have no real-world monetary value.
• They cannot be converted, redeemed, or cashed out into real currency under any circumstances.
• Any transfers of virtual currencies outside of default app mechanics are void.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently ban accounts if we find user conduct violations, evidence fraud, or system abuse.

Banned profiles forfeit any remaining virtual assets, coins, tournament registrations, and team ownership without liability to KGXMeta.

We may update, modify, or rewrite these terms at any time. The modified terms will immediately take effect upon publication on this platform.

Your continued usage of the application and competitive tournament platform signifies your active acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.
