You can request permanent deletion of your KGXMeta account and all associated data at any time.

Important — Account Deletion is Permanent

Once your account is deleted, all your data including game stats, tournament history, wallet balance, coins, tickets, and team memberships will be permanently and irreversibly removed. This action cannot be undone.

How to Request Account Deletion

There is no in-app self-service account deletion button. To protect our users and prevent platform abuse, account deletions are processed manually by our support team via email verification. Follow these steps:

    Compose a Deletion Request Email

    Open your email app and write a new message. Use the registered email address that is linked to your KGXMeta account.

    Send to Our Support Team

    Address the email to kgxmeta@gmail.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request — [Your Username]"

    Include Required Information

    In the email body, mention:

    • • Your full name and KGXMeta username
    • • Your registered email address
    • • Reason for deletion (optional)
    • • Confirmation: "I confirm I want my account and all data permanently deleted."

    Wait for Confirmation

    Our team will review your request and send a confirmation email. Your account will be permanently deleted within 7 business days of receiving your verified request.

Why No In-App Delete Button?

We intentionally require an email-based process instead of a one-click button for the following important reasons:

Identity Verification

Email verification ensures only the real account owner can request deletion, protecting against unauthorized removal.
